These Terms of Use govern your use of Click With The World (www.clickwiththeworld.fun). By clicking the counter, browsing the site, or embedding the widget on your own page, you agree to them.

1. Acceptable use

The counter is for real people. You may not use bots, scripts, headless browsers, click farms, or any other automated or scripted means to add clicks, and you may not attempt to bypass the site's rate-limiting or anti-abuse checks. Clicking is limited to a person tapping the button themselves, as many or as few times as they like.

2. Correcting the count

The total is meant to reflect real human clicks. If we find click data that was clearly added through automation, abuse, or a bug rather than genuine use, we reserve the right to correct, adjust, or reset the affected counts — for the global total, a specific country, or a specific day — without prior notice.

3. No warranty

Click With The World is provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the site, the counter, or the embed widget will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Milestone timings, leaderboard positions, and daily counts can be affected by outages, bugs, or the corrections described above.

4. Advertising and third-party links

This site displays advertising, including through Google AdSense, and links to third-party services such as Firebase, reCAPTCHA, Ko-fi, and Web3Forms (see the Privacy Policy for the full list). We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site or ad you reach from here.

5. Embedding the widget

You may embed the counter widget on your own website using the code on our Embed page, free of charge, for any lawful, non-deceptive purpose. Don't present it as your own creation, use it to imply an affiliation that doesn't exist, or modify the embed script to misrepresent the count. We may change or discontinue the embed widget at any time.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
